I’ve always been a caretaker; a trait I inherited from my family. My grandfather use to be a sharecropper, and in between maintaining and managing the land he was farming, he took it upon himself to personally care for my ailing grandmother and her sister for over ten years. My mother quit her job when I was five to be a stay-home mom and care for me. Prior to starting my insurance career with NC Farm Bureau, I was a teacher and football coach; many days ending with me providing my players a ride home, food, and even clothes when needed; being a caretaker like my grandfather and mother. I believe my purpose in life is to care for others; to look after people. This is the reason I became an Agent with NC Farm Bureau; an organization that prides itself in the personal connection, the type of relationship one deserves between them and their Insurance Agent.
