As Agency Manager of the Pilot Mountain office, my goal is to put the 'service' back in ''customer service'. My team consists of qualified professionals who are all local residents of Surry County. Being a part of the community we serve is very important to me and my staff. We take pride in knowing that not only are we helping provide each member with an individual insurance program that meets all their needs, but we are also assisting our own friends, family, and members of the community.
