My family has always been a part of NC Farm Bureau Insurance, and I am very proud to carry on the tradition that was started by my uncle, W. G Wyrick. He was the very first NC Farm Bureau Insurance agent in Guilford County, from 1954 until his retirement in 1982. That was the year I was blessed to begin my career and work with the fine people in the community and all across North Carolina.

I have been active in the community with Alamance Little League as a past coach and board member, as well as basketball coach with Sharpe Road Baptist Church. I currently serve on the Bylaws Committee of Sharpe Road Baptist Church. I am thankful for the privilege to currently serve on the Board of Directors for Alamance Volunteer Fire Department, as well as the Fireman's Benevolent Committee for firefighters and their families due to hardship or injury.
