Western North Carolina experienced catastrophic devastation from Helene and we take seriously our role in helping our western neighbors rebuild. Our team across North Carolina works incredibly hard to ensure that claims are resolved fairly and quickly.

We have closed more than 17,000 claims and paid more than $250 million in Helene-related claims. We stand behind our customer service and will continue to put our best effort to resolve remaining open claims as quickly as possible.
