The Customer Portal will not be available while we’re working to improve it. However, the following information may help you prepare.

We started from scratch with an all new Customer Portal look and feel, one that now works on all devices.

The Customer Portal Will Be Down Temporarily.

The Customer Portal and mobile app will be unavailable while we’re updating.

You will not be able to log into the customer portal beginning Tuesday afternoon, July 12th. The Customer Portal should be up and running within two business days. It may take up to 2 weeks for the updated mobile app to be released and available in the app stores.

Online payments and claims will still be available.

Our one-time online payment service will be available for payments and claims can be filed on our website here.
