We know that the rapidly-evolving COVID-19 situation poses unique challenges for everyone.

We continue to monitor the situation with the COVID-19 virus closely and take guidance from local authorities and the Centers for Disease Control.

Given the spread of the COVID-19 virus, you may have been adversely affected, including loss of employment or reduction of income. In our continued efforts to support our policyholders, North Carolina Farm Bureau is here to work with you to review any hardship requests, to delay payment, or to set up an alternate payment plan. We understand that our local offices are a convenient way for our members and policyholders to pay their premiums and member dues, and to report claims. It is our presence throughout the state of North Carolina that truly makes us unique, and we are doing everything possible to keep our offices open. However, in an effort to limit the number of personal interactions taking place during this time, we encourage our members and policyholders to call their agent or county office rather than visiting the office in person. Additionally, we encourage you to take advantage of our online and phone options as outlined below.
