Cancellation Issues:
Pay by Web/Phone cannot be used to pay invoices where the payment will post
(i.e. be received by us) on or after the cancellation effective date. If your
policy payment is past due and your policy has been canceled, please contact
your Farm Bureau agent. All requests for reinstatement are
subject to company approval.
Policy
Number: Your seven-digit policy number is located in the upper left
hand corner of your Billing Notice.
Zip Code: The
zip code to which your Billing Notice is sent.
Electronic
Check: Instead
of a paper check, an electronic transaction is sent to your bank, using your
account information. This will appear on your bank statement as a debit or
withdrawal. Since no paper check is produced, you will not receive a canceled
check with your statement.
Returned
Payments: In the event
a payment authorized through Pay by Web/Phone is returned, a Notice of
Cancellation may be issued on the policy to which the payment was applied.
