IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING VISA / MC GIFT CARDS
(INCLUDING H&R BLOCK REFUND CARDS)
Please be aware that you could potentially experience problems with authorization when paying insurance premiums or membership dues with a Visa or MasterCard "gift" card. This includes Visa cards issued by H&R Block or other firms for tax refunds.
For your security, the cardholder zip code is used for verification for all credit card authorizations processed through our payment system. Depending on how the issuing merchant set up the zip code on your card, transactions with that card may be declined when using our payment system. This could also result in a temporary freeze of the funds allocated to that card.
Before attempting to use one of these types of credit cards for payment on our credit card system, please contact the merchant who issued you the credit card and obtain the valid zip code in order to process an internet charge.
Using Pay Insurance By Web
- If your policy is canceled, you cannot use Pay By Web. Please contact your agent.
- Your 7-digit policy number and zip code are required for identification.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards and Electronic Check.
- Pay By Web payments authorized after 6:00 pm ET will be posted to your policy the next business day. Payments made on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.
- Returned payments may result in the cancellation of your policy.
